Dangerous Driving charge at Glasgow JP Court. The client was charged with speeding on the M8 and aggressive driving by tailgating and under taking other motorists. He was facing mandatory disqualification of 12 months.  He instructed Dominic Sellar to negotiate a plea with the Crown to reduce the charge from Dangerous Driving to Careless Driving. Having presented case law the Crown amended the original complaint and reduced the charge to Careless Driving. He avoided disqualification and penalty points were endorsed on his driving licence.
