“Thank you very much for all your help recently with the case involving one of my employees.  After being stopped by the police, we discovered our general manager was not insured on a company vehicle and I personally faced a fine and points for allowing her to drive the vehicle and she faced the same for (albeit unknowingly) driving it.  This would have resulted in disqualification for me as I already had a number of points.

You spotted early on that this was a case of administrative error on the part of the insurance company and not deliberate insurance evasion by my company.  You also spotted a technical error with the prosecution case.  You set about proving this to the court and had to collate a mind-boggling amount of information and paperwork to do it, but thank goodness you did – it worked!  We were both acquitted.
